Are you giving the sale of your property - it's best shot?

History has shown that people selling property often overlook a number of vital actions that would have increased the potential for selling their property. The biggest being, initial impact.

It is a statistical fact that most people develop their most lasting impression and bond with a property, from the first contact . This is always the area of greatest visual impact.

Strange as it may seem, that first contact is often formed via a published medium. Either, a brochure, looking at it on the web or browsing the poster board erected by the agent. All of which rely heavily on quality images to embed that first impression.

Think about it for a minute. Your property is worth a large amount of money. Is it therefore, logical to wander down and snap off a few shots on the office "handy snap" camera? Not likely. Nor is it logical to simply employ a "Professional Photographer" and avoid the other criteria that make up that fabulous initial impact. There is another option.
