The first telegraphed order of flowers was in Germany in 1908 and USA in 1910. The second world war fueled world wide growth and on 22nd July 1946 a formal agreement was made between representatives of America, Britain and Europe to create Interflora as we know it today. It is now, without doubt, the biggest international flower and gift relay company in the world.
Its advanced computerised system can quickly and accurately transmit a floral order almost anywhere in the world, whether it's to Broome in Western Australia or to Beijing in the People's Republic of China.
